What we collect

We keep the minimum needed to sell you a file and get it back to you if you lose it.

• Your email address, and your name if you give it, when you buy or create an account.
• Your order: the title, the price, when you paid, and the reference from our payment provider.
• Technical details when something happens on the site, such as your IP address and the time, so we can trace a failed payment or a download problem.

What we never collect

Card numbers. Payment happens inside a form provided by Whop, our payment provider, and the details go to them, not to us.

How we use it

To deliver your download, to email you the link, to sign you in with a code, and to fix problems with an order. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing email.

Who handles it for us

A few services process data on our behalf, each only for its job:

• Whop, for payments and receipts.
• Resend, for sending the emails we describe above.
• Fly.io, which hosts the site and its database in Frankfurt, Germany.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in after you enter your code. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as you may want your download back, and as long as accounting rules require. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then removed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. Write to the address below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
