What Creators Hub is

Creators Hub sells digital books and guides made by independent creators. Nothing physical ships. When you buy a title you receive a file to download, plus an email with the same link.

Buying a title

Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax we are required to collect. Payments are handled by Whop, our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Once payment is confirmed your download is released at once. Your order page and the email we send are your receipt and your way back to the file.

What you may do with a title

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and keep the file for your own use. It does not transfer copyright, which stays with the creator.

• You may keep copies on your own devices and download the file again from your account.
• You may not resell, share, publish, or upload the file anywhere, in whole or in part.
• You may not remove any credit or notice inside the file.

Your account

An account is the email address you bought with. We sign you in with a code sent to that inbox, so keep it secure; anyone with access to the inbox can access your downloads.

Creators and their work

Each creator is responsible for the title they publish: that it is their own work, that it is accurate to the description, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you believe a title infringes your rights, contact us and we will look into it promptly.

Refunds

Because a download cannot be returned, refunds are limited. The refunds page explains exactly when we do refund and how to ask.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or withdraw titles at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Titles are sold as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of a title beyond the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and does not let you waive.
